May 12-13, 2022 Job Competency Refinement and Definition Training & Coaching Training

    On May 12th&13th, 2022, UAST invited an external expert lecturer, Caiyu Li, to AST to train and counsel the leaders of each department on "Job Competency Refinement and Definition" to help them define more precisely the competency elements and competency gap analysis for each department. During the 1-on-1 counseling, the senior management of each department discussed fiercely and brainstormed to define the competency of their own positions more clearly, so as to better determine the direction and standards.
