Amphenol has developed solar PV cable assemblies for solar PV system application. Solar PV cable assembly is the interconnection cable used in photovoltaic power generation. A solar cable interconnects solar panels and other electrical components of aphotovoltaic system.Solar cables are designed to be UV resistance and weather resistance and can also be used within a large temperature range and are generally laid outside.
