New AST employees of 2013 brought great micro movies produced by themselves in early 2014, which were greeted with rousing applause from other staffs. These short films were about courage, career, family and love, which were directed, stared and edited by employees themselves. All new staffs were divided into four groups and spent over four months on making films. The competition helped them to build teamwork consciousness and improve their self-study abilities
