2013-04&05 the trainings of Supervisor management skills and psychological quality

  From April to May,2013 , the trainings of supervisor management skills and psychological quality were held successfully .There were 171 trainees include of team leaders and recommended team member participating in the training, who had successfully passed the graduation exam organized by Human Resources and Social Security Ministry in Xiamen, and won certificate of psychological consultant issued by Xiamen Labor Bureau.

  In July ,2013, our company will start to open course for all staff , and the course contents include team building and development, effective communication, interpersonal conflict, emotional and stress management, a positive mental attitude, establishing good relationships. We wish the participators learn more, be positive, healthy and happy !
