The First Staff Congress of 2012 after general election

          On July 31th,2012,the first congress of 2012 after general election was held in the training room successfully. The election and congress aim to guarantee staffs’ rights and interests, and fully understand their aspirations, build the warm working environment.
          The staff congress is made up of representatives elected from each department. Following are election process :
Staff voluntary application-- > Each department vote-- > Department team leader’s recommendation-- >HR’s audit-- >Preliminary employee representatives members generation and announcement-- >Staffs’ supervision and feedback-- > Employee representatives official generation.
         The responsibilities of the employee representatives are communications with management about the concerns of the staff, such as work environment, health and safety ,the social responsibility of performance etc; irregularly collecting employee’s opinion, supervising the implementation of company system; Participate in the company policy, objectives on implementation of the review; and answering employees’ .
          The new staff congress will be held monthly, or by the half employee representatives’ proposal, also can be a temporary .It’s the supreme honor as a representative of the employee, so ,we believe that ,when they exercise their rights, can serve in the company, and services to other employees.
