Job Description:
1. Lead the orientation training for new employees and track
the learning of on-the-job training plans;
2. Assist in organizing the implementation of learning programs,
and track the effectiveness;
3. Responsible for operating and maintaining the learning
platform, updating training resources and developing online learning plans etc;
4. Carry out new employee care activities and assist in
organizing corporate culture activities;
5. Assist in the implementation of recruitment plans;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduates are also
eligible, with priority given to human resources and English majors;
2. Proficient in using office software;
3. CET-6 or above, proficient in English listening, speaking,
reading, and writing skills;
4. Outgoing personality and strong team spirit;
5. Have strong communication skills, stress resistance, and
organizational and coordination abilities.
