Job Description:
1. Next Generation high speed raw cable
development and manufacturing for PCIe7/8,112Gbps,224Gbps and beyond.
2. High speed raw cable prototyping, mass
production, focus on new material development, wire extrusion, taping etc.
3. Special core insulation and outer-jacket
extrusion design and improvement.
4. Cable SI performance/quality control/
production efficient continuous optimization.
5. The final goal is to keep the leading
position on raw cable SI and mechanical performance.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor Degree and above, polymer
materials science/Automation/Mechanical majors.
2. Good knowledge on mold flow analysis and
simulation
3.5-10 years high speed cable development
experience in top level company, Leoni, Beldon, LTK for example.
4. Strong
innovative spirit, proven result driven performances and be able to work
independently under pressure.
5. Familiar with polymer materials,
including low Df & foam FEP and PE etc.
6. Proficient in material development &
verification, extrusion tooling and taping design and improvement.
7.Mastering of development tools: HFSS, CST,
Creo, SolidWorks etc.
